Control system Advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) control: Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), it can achieve precise control of the stamping process. It supports multiple operating modes such as single stroke, continuous stroke and inching adjustment, and can be programmed according to different stamping requirements. Human-machine interface (HMI): Equipped with an intuitive touch screen human-machine interface, operators can easily set parameters, monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time, and troubleshoot when a fault occurs. The humanized design of the human-machine interface reduces the difficulty of operation for workers.
Safety device, two-handed operation button: To prevent accidental injury to operators, the stamping machine is equipped with a two-handed operation button. Both buttons must be pressed at the same time to start the stamping action, ensuring that the operator's hands are away from the stamping area. Light curtain protection: A highly sensitive light curtain protection device is installed around the stamping area. During operation, once an object enters the protection area, the light curtain will immediately detect and stop the stamping machine to avoid accidents. Emergency stop button: An emergency stop button is set at an easy-to-operate position on the control panel. In an emergency, the operator can quickly press the button to stop the equipment immediately.
Quality Assurance Strict quality testing: Each 160-ton punching machine undergoes a series of strict quality tests before leaving the factory, including mechanical performance test, electrical safety test and punching accuracy test, to ensure that the product meets international quality standards.
